Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Weadot's services. By requesting an audit, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to them.
Effective June 14, 2026
1. Who we are.
Weadot(“Weadot,” “we,” “us”) provides Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) services: auditing how AI engines describe and recommend your business, and engineering the signals those engines rely on. You can reach us at andy@weadot.com.
2. The services.
We offer a free AI visibility audit and a paid engagement (“Setup & Hold”) covering schema and knowledge-panel work, listing consolidation, citation and review architecture, and ongoing monitoring. The specific scope of any paid engagement is the scope described to you at the time of purchase.
AI engines are third-party platforms outside our control. We engineer the signals those engines weigh; we do not control their output, ranking, or timing.
3. Payments and billing.
Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle.com Market Ltd handles billing, payment, and related customer queries, and their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
The Setup & Hold engagement is billed as a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly subscription. The monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Prices are stated at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.
4. Cancellation.
You may cancel the monthly subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
5. Your responsibilities.
To deliver the work, we may need access to your website, business listings, knowledge panels, and analytics. You confirm you are authorized to grant that access and that any materials you provide are accurate and don’t infringe anyone’s rights. You are responsible for the content and claims of your own business.
6. What we guarantee — and what we don't.
Every claim in your audit is backed by a dated screenshot of an actual AI answer. For paid engagements, we guarantee an improvement in your AI Visibility Score on the engines we optimize for by the third month of active work.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, leads, or that any particular engine will mention you, because those outcomes depend on third-party systems and factors outside our control.
7. Intellectual property.
Deliverables we create for you (reports, schema, content) are yours once paid for. Our underlying methods, templates, and know-how remain ours. Our name, brand, and site content remain our property.
8. Confidentiality.
We keep non-public information you share confidential and use it only to deliver the services. We may reference the existence of an engagement and anonymized, non-identifying results unless you ask us not to.
9. Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or output of third-party AI engines or platforms.
10. Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above.
11. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Contact.
