Privacy Policy
How Weadot collects, uses, and protects your information. We collect what we need to deliver the service, and nothing we'd be uncomfortable explaining.
Effective June 14, 2026
1. What we collect.
When you contact us, request an audit, or become a client, we may collect:
- —Contact details you give us — name, email, business name, and website.
- —Audit inputs — the queries, locations, and business information needed to run your AI visibility audit.
- —Service data — access you grant to your website, business listings, knowledge panels, and analytics so we can do the work.
- —Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how this site is used.
2. How we use it.
We use your information to deliver your audit and services, communicate with you, improve our work, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Payment information.
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle). Weadot does not collect or store your full card details — Paddle handles payment data under its own privacy notice and security standards.
4. Who we share it with.
We share information only with the service providers who help us operate — for example our payment reseller (Paddle), hosting, email, and analytics tools — and only as needed to deliver the service. We may disclose information if required by law. We never sell it.
5. How long we keep it.
We keep your information for as long as we provide services to you and as needed for legal, tax, and record-keeping purposes. When it’s no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
6. Your rights.
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email andy@weadot.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
7. Cookies and analytics.
This site may use cookies and lightweight analytics to understand traffic and improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Security.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit access to those who need it.
9. Changes to this policy.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above.
10. Contact.
