Refund Policy

Public and honest, same as our pricing. Here's exactly when a refund applies and how to request one.

Effective June 14, 2026

1. The free audit is free.

The AI visibility audit costs nothing and creates no obligation. There’s nothing to refund.

2. Setup fee.

The one-time setup fee covers work that begins as soon as your engagement starts (query mapping, audits, and the build). If you cancel before that work has begun, the setup fee is fully refundable. Once the setup work is underway, the fee is refundable on a pro-rated basis for work not yet performed, at our reasonable discretion.

3. Monthly subscription.

You can cancel the monthly subscription at any time, and you won’t be charged for the next period. Because the monthly fee covers ongoing monitoring and work already performed during the period, payments for the current and past months are generally non-refundable — except where required by law or under our score guarantee below.

4. Our score guarantee.

We guarantee an improvement in your AI Visibility Score on the engines we optimize for by the third month of active work. If, after three months of active engagement and your cooperation in granting the access we need, your score has not improved, contact us — we will continue working at no additional charge until it does, or refund the monthly fees paid for that three-month period, at your choice.

5. How payments and refunds are handled.

Our payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd(Paddle). Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Paddle’s own buyer terms and refund handling also apply to your purchase.

6. How to request a refund.

Email andy@weadot.com with your business name and the email used at checkout. We aim to respond within two business days. Refunds for eligible requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.

7. Changes to this policy.

We may update this policy. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above.
